Animation Demo Reel
2D ANIMATION
This demo reel showcases some of the stuff I've worked on as well as personal projects. I've collected the stuff that I believe best showcases my understanding of the principles of animation and its application as well as effects animation, background art, and composition.

Software primarily used is Adobe Animate (Flash) with After Effects for some animation and compositing as well as special effects. I also have some experience with Toon Boom Harmony.
PROJECTS INVOLVED
THE DARK HARVEST
"The Dark Harvest" is a personal project of mine. It follows the life of Hayley, a grim reaper in training. Together with her grandfather and mentor, Markus, and her best friend, Clair, they help rid the mortal world of stray spirits.

There are currently 2 episodes available on YouTube. I am in charge of writing, storyboarding, animation, background art, character design, music, compositing, and editing the episodes.
MASHED
Mashed is a popular YouTube channel that focuses on cartoon parodies of popular TV show or video game characters. I was responsible for creating the storyboards, character designs, animation, and background art.
LOPSIDE ANIMATION
My work at Lopside involved compositing the animation using After effects in order to apply various effects and layering the animation with the background elements. My works involve the "Long Gone Gulch" pilot and "Dark Dark Dark."
SMILE STUDIOS
My work with Smile Studios primarily involved compositing using After Effects usually involving importing Photoshop illustrations in order to animate the different layers to create fully animated scenes.
